  • What do I need to do before my visit to the hospital?

Please print and fill out a Welcome Form. This will reduce your waiting time.

  • What kinds of patients do you treat?

We treat dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds, reptiles, turtles, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, sugar gliders, and more.

We also treat wildlife such as orphaned baby deer, birds of prey, squirrels, opossum, snakes, and others.

  • What is your billing policy?

Payment is expected at the time of service.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

Apart from cash and checks (with a valid driver's license), we accept all major credit cards, including CareCredit.

  • Is there anything I need to do prior to my appointment?

If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork.

For new puppies and kittens and new exotic clients, please remember to bring in a stool sample to check for internal parasites.

If your pet is going to have a surgical procedure on that day, please withhold food and water after midnight the night before unless instructed otherwise. Morning drop-off time is between 8 AM - 9 AM.

  • How does pet insurance work?

Pet insurance is a third-party insurance. You submit your paid receipts to your pet health insurance company. Reimbursement depends on the type or level of insurance you have chosen. This has become a valuable benefit for many pet owners. We would encourage you to do some research on this to see if this would work for you.
